Terms and Conditions for Promo Codes for Business Lunar New Year  Promotion 2023 ("Promotion")

1. CardUp users who have signed up for a Business CardUp account and have not yet scheduled a payment (“New Users”) are eligible to enjoy S$188 off the processing fee on their first payment on CardUp ("Offer"), and two bonus 1.8% CardUp fee in February and March 2023 ("Bonus"), in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
   
   
2. The Offer is only valid on the first S$7,230 domestic payment scheduled with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. The prevailing 2.6% fee will be applied to the rest of the payment(s) should the amount exceed S$7,230.
     
3. The payment must be scheduled on CardUp between 6 January 2023 and 15 February 2023, both dates inclusive. The payment due date must be on or before 20 February 2022. The payment due date is the last date on which the payment must arrive at the recipient. Payments must be scheduled on CardUp at least 3 business days in advance of the due date to allow for processing time.
    
4. To enjoy the Offer, the New Users have to enter the Promo Code "ANGBAO188" during the “Schedule payment” process when setting up payment details. The discounted fee will be reflected on the payment review page, before payment confirmation. Any unused portion of the Offer will not be refunded or carried over to the next payment.
   
   
5. The Offer can only be redeemed once at a company level. Companies with multiple Users may only redeem the Offer on the first payment set up on CardUp.
   
   
6. All payments are subjected to review and additional documents may be requested to support the review process.
    
7. The Offer is not valid:
   (a) on payments made with China UnionPay credit cards, American Express credit cards and credit cards issued outside of Singapore
   (b) with debit/preloaded cards
   (c) on any additional fees incurred for Next Day payments.
   (d) on any international payments to recipients outside of Singapore
   (e) in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts.

Bonus offer terms:

1.  The Bonus will be issued in the form of a promo code by 21 February 2023 to eligible users who have made their first payment between 6 January to 15 February 2023 with promo code "ANGBAO188" and/or "ANGBAOBIZ" ("Eligible Users"). 
    
2. Eligible users who have used both ANGBAO188 and ANGBAOBIZ are entitled to one Bonus offer only.
    
3. The Bonus 1.8% fee can be used on 2 payments scheduled on or before 31 March 2023 with a locally-issued Visa card.
    
4. The full terms and conditions will be provided alongside the Bonus promo code to Eligible users.

CardUp users who have signed up for a Business CardUp account (“Users”) are eligible to enjoy the discounted fee of 1.8% on a one-off payment or the first 2 payments of a recurring series ("Offer"), and two bonus 1.8% CardUp fee in February and March 2023 ("Bonus"), in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
    
2. The Offer is only valid on a domestic one-off payment or the first 2 payments of a recurring series, with a locally-issued Visa or Mastercard card. 
    
3. The payment must be scheduled between 6 January 2023 and 15 February 2023, both dates inclusive. The payment due date must be on or before 20 February 2022. The payment due date is the last date on which the payment must arrive at the recipient. Payments must be scheduled on CardUp at least 3 business days in advance of the due date to allow for processing time.
    
4. To enjoy the Offer, Users have to enter Promo Code "ANGBAOBIZ" during the “Schedule payment” process when setting up payment details. The discounted CardUp fee for the payment amount will be reflected before the User confirms and submits payment. 
    
5. All payments are subjected to review and additional documents may be requested to support the review process.
    
6. The Offer is limited to the first 100 redemptions only and may only be redeemed once per company.
    
7. The Offer is not valid:
   (a) on payments made with China UnionPay credit cards, American Express credit cards and credit cards issued outside of Singapore
   (b) with debit/preloaded cards
   (c) on any additional fees incurred for Next Day payments.
   (d) on any international payments to recipients outside of Singapore
   (e) in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts.
