Marketing Executive

As an imaginative and strategic marketer, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing B2B campaigns across the full marketing mix with a focus on all things digital. You’ll work on driving brand awareness, new customer acquisition, activation and retention of existing users. You love data and your relentless drive to achieve results means you’re constantly looking for actionable insights to optimise based on your findings.

Key Responsibilities

The marketing executive will consist of projects including but not limited to:
  • Own and manage B2B marketing campaigns from start to finish – includes but not limited to campaign planning and execution of online lead generation and customer acquisition across multiple paid channels such as Facebook and Google
  • Use your knowledge of the local customer segment to develop personalized content that communicate product value
  • Set up of campaigns including running regular reports, analysis and optimisation based on cost and ROI, scaling based on performance
  • Improve site traffic conversion through experimentation of customised landing pages
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, business development, compliance etc to achieve your goals
  • Maximise customer lifetime value by planning and delivering CRM strategies based on customer segmentation to encourage customer retention and loyalty, leading to growth of average volume per user
  • Brand guardian ensuring consistent look and feel / tone of voice across all comms and business functions


  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and metrics-driven
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing campaign from scratch
  • Experience in as well as using CRM and other marketing tools. Prior experience using HubSpot is a plus
  • Possess an eye for design and flair for writing
  • Team player - no politics! 
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in the face of obstacles, proactive problem solver
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality
  • Experience in payments or credit/lending industry a plus
