Terms and Conditions for 18BIZTAX ("Promotion")

Eligibility to utilise Promo Code "18BIZTAX":
  1. CardUp business account holders ("Users") are eligible to enjoy 1.80% CardUp fee on all business taxes ("Offer") in accordance to the following terms and conditions.

  2. The Offer is valid
    (a) on up to S$10,000 monthly ("Offer Limit") on unlimited redemptions until the Offer Limit is met. The prevailing 2.6% fee will be applied to the rest of the payment should the amount exceed S$10,000 each calendar month within the Offer Period mentioned herein.
    (b) on one-off or recurring Goods and Services Tax (GST), Corporate Tax and Property tax payments ("Eligible Payment Category") 
    (c) with a Singapore-issued Visa credit card, subject to exclusions listed in Clause 5(d).
    (d) on payments scheduled on or before 31st March 2026, before 6pm (SGT) ("Offer Period"). 

  3. Payment Set Up
    (a) The payment due date must be on or before 6th April 2026 ("Last Due Date"). The payment due date is the last date the payment must arrive at the recipient. The payments must be scheduled at least 3 business days before the due date to allow processing time.
    (b) The User must enter promo code 18BIZTAX during “Schedule payment” process when setting up payment details.The discounted fee for the eligible payments will be reflected before User confirms and submits payment.
    (c) The User is not permitted to prepay or overpay the amount owed to the recipient in accordance with the payment reference documents provided.

  4. Payment Review
    (a) All payments are subject to review and additional documents may be requested to support the review.
    (b) The User must provide all accurate references and documents to support the payment.
    (c) CardUp shall not be held liable for any delays in payment processing or fee refund resulting from the User's failure to provide sufficient documentation.

  5. The Offer is not valid:
    (a) on any business payment categories other than the stated Eligible Payment Category in Clause 2(b).
    (b) for any personal payment categories.
    (c) on payment set up after Offer Period, or have a due date beyond the Last Due Date.
    (d) with any OCBC, Mastercard, American Express, debit/preloaded cards or credit cards issued outside of Singapore.
    (e) on any additional fees incurred for Next Day payments.
    (f) on any payments in foreign currency.
    (g) in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts.

    Important Note

    As per CardUp  Terms of Service Clause 14, CardUp does not issue Payment Cards or operate a rewards programme. You are responsible for understanding the rewards programme associated with your Payment Card. We include updates on changes to card issuer reward programmes in our promotional material. We rely on the information provided to us by card issuers and make reasonable efforts to keep all such promotional marketing accurate and up to date. However, we accept no liability or responsibility for the information provided by a payment card issuer, including if it is complete, correct, and up to date, and that we have understood it correctly and completely. Always refer back to your bank/issuer card rewards eligibility and terms & conditions for the latest updates on the earn rates.

General Terms:

  1. CardUp reserves the right to terminate the Promotion, or to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion (including without limitation the terms relating to the eligibility of any User and the dates of the Promotion).

  2.  CardUp’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final, conclusive and binding on all Users, and no correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

  3. CardUp, its employees and campaign organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the User or by any person in connection with the Promotion.

  4. The User acknowledges and agrees that the collection, use, storage and disclosure of his/her personal data shall be governed by the terms of CardUp’s Privacy Policy.

  5. The User acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to the above-mentioned terms, they must abide by the requirements of CardUp's general Terms of Service. 
  6. "CardUp" refers to CardUp Pte Limited, a company registered in Singapore.

  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each User irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect thereof. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
