Terms and Conditions for HeyMax 2026 Promotion

1. Promotion Overview

CardUp users with a Personal account (“User”) are eligible to earn Max Miles and enjoy a discounted CardUp fee on Eligible Categories (as defined herein), subject to the following terms and conditions.

General definitions:

  • “HeyMax” refers to the rewards platform operated by HeyMax.
  • “Max Miles” refers to the reward currency issued and managed by HeyMax under the HeyMax Rewards Programme.

2. Eligible Categories

The eligible payment categories applicable to this Promotion are condo MCST, insurance, property tax, and mortgage payments (“Eligible Categories”).

3. Rewards Tiers

(a) “Accelerated Tier” refers to an earn rate of 4 Max Miles per dollar.
(b) “Standard Tier” refers to an earn rate of 0.7 Max Miles per dollar.

4. Offer Definitions

(a) “Accelerated Tier Promo” refers to a discounted CardUp processing fee of 5.85% (usual fee: 7.65%), subject to the Offer Limit defined herein.

(b) “Standard Tier Promo” refers to a discounted CardUp processing fee of 1.25% (usual fee: 1.65%), subject to the Offer Limit defined herein.

5. Offer Eligibility & Limits

The Offer is valid:

  • (a) on the first 10,000 Max Miles earned per User in total (“Offer Limit”), not to exceed a combined cap of 10,000 Max Miles across:

  •    (ai) both Accelerated Tier Promo and Standard Tier Promo transactions; and

  •    (aii) the User’s registered CardUp email address and the User's Nominated HeyMax Account (as defined in Clause 9a), in which case, if the remaining Offer Limit associated with each account differs, the lower remaining limit shall apply;

  •    (aiii) all Eligible Payment Categories (as defined in Clause 2); and

  •    (aiv) provided that, should any payment exceed the Offer Limit, the prevailing fees of 7.65% (Accelerated Tier) and 1.65% (Standard Tier) shall apply.

  • (b) for unlimited redemptions until the Offer Limit is reached;

  • (c) exclusively on payments made via PayNow; and

  • (d) on payments scheduled on or before 31 December 2026, by 6:00 PM (SGT) (“Offer Period”).



6. Payment Setup

  • (a) The payment due date must be on or before 4 January 2027 (“Last Due Date”). The payment due date is defined as the final date by which funds must reach the recipient. Payments must be scheduled at least one (1) business day prior to the due date to allow for processing.

  • (b) To enjoy the Offer, the User must select the relevant Rewards Tier and apply the applicable promo code during the “Schedule payment” step:

  • (bi) For the Accelerated Tier, apply promo code FAST585.

  • (bii) For the Standard Tier, apply promo code STANDARD125.

  • (biii) The discounted fee applicable to eligible payments will be displayed for review prior to the User confirming and submitting the transaction.

  • (c) Users are not permitted to prepay or overpay amounts owed to the recipient beyond what is stated in the submitted supporting documents.

7. Payment Review

  • (a) All payments are subject to review and additional documents may be requested to support the review.
  • (b) The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and valid documentation to support each scheduled payment.
  • (c) CardUp shall not be liable for any payment processing delays, failed transfers, or loss of promo code eligibility arising from the User's failure to provide required documentation on time.

 

8. Exclusions

The Offer is not valid:

  • (a) for any personal or business payment categories outside of the Eligible Categories specified in Clause 2;
  • (b) on payments scheduled after the Offer Period, or with a due date beyond the Last Due Date;
  • (c) for any payment method other than PayNow;
  • (d) on any payments made in foreign currencies; or
  • (e) in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or fee discounts.

9. Rewards Issuance

  • (a) The User must confirm their registered HeyMax account email address during the payment creation process (“Nominated HeyMax Account”).
  • (b) Max Miles will be credited to the Nominated HeyMax Account within ten (10) business days following payment completion. A payment is deemed complete once the recipient has successfully received the funds.
  • (c) If the User does not have a registered HeyMax account at the time of payment creation, the User must register a new HeyMax account using the same Nominated HeyMax Account email address. Any unclaimed Max Miles, after ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the first email issued to the User to claim the Max Miles, shall be forfeited and remain subject to HeyMax’s applicable terms and policies.
  • (d) CardUp fees payable are not eligible for Max Miles accrual.
  • (e) The Promotion FAQs, CardUp HeyMax Promotion FAQ page, are hereby incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

10. General Terms & Data Sharing Consent

  • (a) The Max Miles Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions apply.
  • (b) By redeeming this Offer, the User consents to CardUp and HeyMax exchanging relevant account and transaction details to determine eligibility and facilitate rewards fulfilment.

 

General Terms:

  1. CardUp reserves the right to terminate the Promotion, or to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion (including without limitation the terms relating to the eligibility of any User and the dates of the Promotion).

  2. CardUp’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final, conclusive and binding on all Users, and no correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

  3. CardUp, its employees and campaign organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the User or by any person in connection with the Promotion.

  4. The User acknowledges and agrees that the collection, use, storage and disclosure of his/her personal data shall be governed by the terms of CardUp’s Privacy Policy.

  5. The User acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to the above-mentioned terms, they must abide by the requirements of CardUp's general Terms of Service. 
  6. "CardUp" refers to CardUp Pte Limited, a company registered in Singapore.

  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each User irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect thereof. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
