Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") Governing CardUp's #FromMilestonetoMiles Lucky Draw 2025 ("Lucky Draw")
1. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) and the terms of any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Lucky Draw, these T&Cs shall prevail.
2. The campaign period of the Lucky Draw shall run from 16 July 2025, 00:00 SGT to 3 November 2025, 6:00pm SGT (“Campaign Period”)
(a) The payment due date have to be by or on 6 November as defined in Clause 7.c.d
Eligibility
1. The Lucky Draw is open to
(a) CardUp personal account holders (“Participant(s)” or “Personal User(s)”
(b) living in Singapore only
(c) above the age of 21
2. CardUp business account holders will not be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
3. Entries made outside the Campaign Period will be disqualified.
4. The Participant must have an account that is valid, subsisting and in good standing as may be determined by CardUp at its sole discretion.
(a) Participants' accounts that have been suspended, cancelled or terminated by CardUp or have incomplete contact details at any time during the Campaign Period are not eligible to participate and will be disqualified.
Participation Criteria
5. Each Participant can earn entries to the Lucky Draw by completing the following tasks on or before 3 November 2025, 6:00pm SGT. Entries made outside the Campaign Period will be disqualified.
6. Ways to earn entries to the Lucky Draw include any of the following:

7a. A “new Eligible Payment Category” refers exclusively to an Eligible Payment Category (Clause 7c) that has not been previously scheduled by the Participant on the CardUp platform.
7b. A “successful payment” is made when the Participant’s recipient receives the funds.
7c. Pay Via Card Up (Earn up to 11 entries per Eligible Payment Category)
(a) The “Eligible Payment Category” includes Personal rent, Condo MCST, Mortgage, Stamp Duty, Property Tax, Property Agent Fees, Education, Renovation, Helper Salary, Car Loan and Car Rental/leasing.
(b) Participants may earn up to a maximum of eleven (11) entries within the Campaign Period. For clarity:
(i) Participants will earn one (1) entry for each new Eligible Payment Category set up with a successful payment, regardless of whether the payment is set up as one-off or recurring frequency.
(ii) To earn an entry, a Participant must set up a payment in an Eligible Payment Category that has not been previously scheduled by the Participant on the CardUp Platform.
(iii) For example, if a Participant sets up a new payment under “Renovation” and the payment is successful, they will earn one (1) entry. Subsequent recurring payments for the same scheduled “Renovation” payment in following months will not be counted as additional entries. If a participant sets up a payment under the same Eligible Payment Category but to a different recipient, it will not be considered as an additional entry. To earn an additional entry, the Participant must set up another new payment under a different new Eligible Payment Category, such as “Mortgage”, with a successful payment made.
(c) To qualify for an entry in the Lucky Draw, the payment made within the Eligible Payment Category must be at least S$750. Payments below this minimum amount will not be eligible to earn any entries.
(d) The payments must be set up on CardUp between 16 July 2025 to 3 November 2025, both dates inclusive, at least 3 business days in advance of the due date to allow for processing time.
(e) The payments must be completed by 6 November 2025. This refers to the payment’s last due date being on or before 6 November 2025.
(f) The payments can be made with or without any promo code.
(g) A single transaction may only be split into multiple one-off payments (“split payments”) if there are justifiable credit card regulations or spending limit issues, or any other terms that shall only be approved at CardUp’s sole discretion.
(h) The following payment frequencies are allowed: One-off, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly payments.
(i) The payments must be made via a CardUp personal account (“Personal User”).
(j) CardUp is not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of the transactions by any party, including but not limited to Visa-acquiring merchants, merchant establishments, any telecommunication provider, any internet service provider or website.
8. Successfully refer a friend onto CardUp (Earn 2 entries per referral)
(a) Participants with a CardUp personal account may earn 2 entries per referral upon each successful referral.
(b) "Referrer" refers to a participant with a CardUp personal account who refers a friend to CardUp.
(c) "Referee" refers to the friend who is referred to and signs up for CardUp personal account.
(d) A successful referral is when:
(d.i) The referee has signed up and is a Personal User on CardUp.
(d.ii) The email address used by the referee when creating a CardUp account is a valid email address belonging to a unique individual.
(d.iii) The referrer filled in the referral form with the referrer’s name and email address.
(1) The referrer must ensure that the referee's name and email address provided in the form match with the referrer’s CardUp account details.
(2) The referee is not required to use the referral’s promo code to be eligible for entry into the Lucky Draw.
(3) The referrer is not required to make any payment to earn referral entries.
(d.iv) The referee must set up and schedule a payment in the Eligible Payment Category from 16 July to 3 November 2025 and the payment needs to be completed on or by 6 November 2025. A payment is deemed as completed when
(1) The payment on referee’s dashboard shows a status as of “Complete”.
9. Employees of CardUp and Funding Societies | Modalku (FSMK) are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
10. CardUp reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions, modify or withdraw the Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice or reason including terminating, shortening, extending or withdrawing the Lucky Draw and/or replacing or substituting the Prize with any other item (which may or may not be of equivalent or similar value), without prior notice or reason.

(a) Grand Prize (1 Winner) - The Winner will receive a cash reimbursement for a pair of “Business Class Round-Trip Tickets to Anywhere” (up to S$8,000)
(a.i) Specific Terms for cash reimbursement of “Business Class Round Trips ticket to Anywhere”
(1) The Winner of the Grand Prize will be eligible to receive a cash reimbursement (up to S$8,000) for a pair of round-trip business class tickets for two (2) persons to any country of their choice, departing from Singapore and returning to Singapore.
(2) The maximum travel duration for the trip is twenty-one (21) days.
(3) The Winner may book tickets on any airline provider of their choice, provided that the itinerary departs from and returns to Singapore.
(4) The travel period must fall between 8 December 2025 to 8 December 2026 (both dates inclusive). (“Travel Period”)
(5) The name of at least one (1) ticket holder must match the Winner’s registered name with CardUp, and must appear identically on the airline booking itinerary.
(6) Only round-trip tickets in business class are eligible for reimbursement. Flights booked in other cabin classes (e.g. economy, premium economy) or one-way tickets will not qualify.
(7) Both round trip business class tickets must be booked together under the same itinerary. Separate bookings or different travel dates will not be accepted.
(8) For the purposes of the Grand Prize, the Winner will be eligible for reimbursement for a pair of round-trip business class tickets booked at any time between 1 May 2025 and 6 February 2026 (both dates inclusive), fall within the Travel Period, and comply with these T&Cs.
(9) The Winner is not entitled to reimbursement for more than two (2) round-trip business class tickets, even if the total amount is within the S$8,000 cap.
(10) If the total cost of the pair of business class tickets is less than S$8,000, CardUp will only reimburse the actual amount shown on the valid receipts, and any unutilised amount will be forfeited.
(11) CardUp will reimburse up to S$8,000 for the pair of business class tickets via bank transfer. Any cost exceeding this amount will be borne by the Winner
(a.ii) Reimbursement Process
(1) The CardUp Team will contact the Winner and the Winner must email The CardUp Team the valid proof of flight booking receipt, e-ticket and such other documents that CardUp may reasonably require.
(1.a)These details must be accurate and must match the Winner’s name registered with CardUp. CardUp will not be held responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the Winner.
(2) All reimbursements claims must be submitted within sixty (60) days (“Redemption Period”) from the date of contact via email from The CardUp Team.
(3) Reimbursement will only be processed upon verification of valid and complete documentation.
(3.a) Once all documents are verified and approved, CardUp will process the reimbursement within four (4) business days.
(b) Runner-Up Prize (4 Winners)
(1) Where a Runner-Up Prize is available in multiple colours or other cosmetic variations, Winners will not be able to select a colour and will receive one at random.
(2) Winners agree and acknowledge that the Runner-Up Prize may not include any warranty and CardUp do not guarantee any applicable warranty period for any Lucky Draw prize.
(3) The Runner-Up Prize is provided by third-party merchant(s) who are not participants or sponsors of the Lucky Draw. CardUp is not an agent of such merchant(s).
(4) CardUp makes no representation or warranty as to the Runner-Up Prize or the quality of any goods and services provided by the merchant(s). Any dispute about the quality and condition of the Runner-Up Prize is to be resolved directly with the merchant(s). CardUp is not obliged to assist or act on the Winner’s behalf in communicating with the merchant(s).
(5) Winners of the Runner-Up Prize must collect their prize in person at the CardUp office.
(5.a) Winners must collect their prize within thirty (30) days of being notified (“Redemption Period”). Prizes not collected within this period will be forfeited and no replacement or alternative will be provided.
(5.b) Winners are required to inform the CardUp Team in advance of their intended date and time of collection via email.
(5.c) Winners must present valid identification and show proof of the official winner notification email when collecting their prize. The name on the identification must match the name of the Winner.
12. The Winners shall be chosen randomly using an online random winner generator (https://namepicker.net) at 14:00 pm (SGT) on 3 December 2025 at CardUp Office located at 108 Robinson Road, #06-01, Singapore 068900.
13. The results of the Lucky Draw shall be announced on 3 December, at 18:00 (SGT) (“Draw Date”) on cardup.co/homeowner. All winners will be contacted via their email address linked to their CardUp account with details on how to redeem the Prize within 1 week after the Draw Date.
(a) Winners are encouraged to check spam/junk folders for the email as there may be accidental redirects by the email client.
(b) Winners will not be contacted further if the email receipt is unsuccessful, regardless of the reason.
14. For avoidance of doubt, each participant may only win a maximum of (1) Prize, even if the participant pays via CardUp or refers their friend for more chances (and thus has more than one entry to the Lucky Draw) and is selected as a Winner more than once.
(a) CardUp reserves the right to draw a replacement Winner in the event that a Participant has more than one valid entry selected as winning entry.
15. All Winners shall be wholly responsible for any liable tax related to the Prize. CardUp shall not be responsible.
16. The Prizes are strictly non-redeemable for cash, non-transferrable, non-assignment and non-exchangeable, non-negotiable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen or if the Winner uses the code and the payment gets cancelled/declined/refunded/voided.
17. Every Winner’s eligibility to participate in the campaign is subject to verification, and in the event that a Winner is verified by CardUp to be ineligible to participate in the Lucky Draw, CardUp shall have the right to disqualify that Winner without notice and award his/her Prize to a reserve Winner.
18. A Winner who has been awarded a Prize shall not be entitled to any compensation, benefits or substitution in any form whatsoever in lieu of the Prize and/or should any Prize be forfeited or reclaimed.
19. If a Winner fails to claim his/her Prize within the stipulated Redemption Period, his/her Prize will be forfeited.

21. CardUp reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw. CardUp’s determination of all matters relating to the Lucky Draw shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
22. In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and the terms of any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Lucky Draw, these Lucky Draw T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency./span>
23. All information is correct at the time of publication.
Data Protection
- By participating in CardUp’s Lucky Draw, the Participant consents to CardUp’s collection, holding, storage, use, processing, transfer, disclosure and/or reporting (whether directly or indirectly) to any relevant third party, of his/her personal data and/or information provided to CardUp, including but not limited to, for the purposes of administering his/her participation, organising and promoting the Lucky Draw; and further consents and acknowledges that his/her personal data and/or information (i) will also be processed in line with CardUp’s Privacy Policy, a copy which can be found on CardUp’s website at https://cardup.co/homes/policy; and (ii) may be used in accordance with CardUp’s policies, T&Cs or notices made available by CardUp to him/her from time to time.
- The Participant agrees that any personal information collected by CardUp about the Participant (as provided or supplied by the Participant) can be used by CardUp, and also disclosed to, and used by, persons who are involved in operating or promoting the Lucky Draw on behalf of CardUp (including service providers, and CardUp partners). The Participant’s personal information will not be shared with any other third party for purposes outside the operation or promotion of the Lucky Draw, including marketing; and
- The Participant consents to the use of his/her personal data for marketing purposes, including but not limited to the use of his/her telephone number to contact him/her about products and promotions offered by CardUp from time to time via telephone, SMS or multimedia messaging. Such consent will also prevail even if the Participant is registered or subsequently registers his/her contact information with the national Do Not Call Registry.
- The Participant agree and consent to allow their application reference number, names and likenesses in the form of images or photographs to be used for publicity reasons. CardUp reserves the rights to publish photograph(s) and/ or statements from the Winners without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
General Terms:
- CardUp reserves the right to terminate the Promotion, or to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion (including without limitation the terms relating to the eligibility of any User and the dates of the Promotion).
- CardUp’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final, conclusive and binding on all Users, and no correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
- CardUp, its employees and campaign organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the User or by any person in connection with the Promotion.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that the collection, use, storage and disclosure of his/her personal data shall be governed by the terms of CardUp’s Privacy Policy.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to the above-mentioned terms, they must abide by the requirements of CardUp's general Terms of Service.
- "CardUp" refers to CardUp Pte Limited, a company registered in Singapore.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each User irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect thereof. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
