Terms and Conditions: UOB Mastercard Corporate Card Promotion ("Promotion")


1. UOB's cardholders of the Eligible Cards (as defined herein) who have filled up the form on https://www.cardup.co/en/business/discover/make/uob and/or signed up for a CardUp business account (“Users”) are eligible to enjoy the discounted fee for all business payments made with a UOB Mastercard Corporate Card ("Offer"), in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions.

 

2. The Offer is valid
(a) on the Eligible Cards, which are the:

    (i) UOB World Business Mastercard Card, at 1.3% CardUp fees with 0.3% rebate; and

    (ii) UOB Empire World Business Mastercard Card, at 1.9% CardUp fees with 1% rebate;

(b) for unlimited redemption on any domestic or international business payments; and
(c) on payments scheduled on CardUp between 1 August 2026 and 31 January 2027, before 6pm (SGT), both dates inclusive ("Offer Period").

For the avoidance of doubt, any card rebates are issued at UOB’s rebate terms and subject to variation from time to time at UOB’s discretion. CardUp and UOB reserve the right to vary the terms of the Offer.



3.  Payment Set Up
(a) The payment due date must be on or before 4 February 2027 ("Last Due Date"). The Last Due Date refers to the last date on which the payment must arrive at the Users’ recipients.
(b) Payments must be scheduled on CardUp at least 3 business days in advance of the due date to allow for processing time.
(c) The User must submit the payment with the Eligible Cards in order for the discounted fee to be automatically applied and be reflected before the User confirms and submits payment.
(d) The User is not permitted to prepay or overpay the amount owed to the recipient in accordance with the payment reference or documents provided. 


4. Payment Review
(a) All payments are subject to review and additional documents may be requested to support the review.
(b) The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and valid documentation to support each scheduled payment.
(c) CardUp shall not be liable for any payment processing delays, failed transfers, or loss of promo code eligibility arising from the User's failure to provide required documentation on time.

5. The Offer is not valid 
(a) on any other personal categories;

(b) on payments set up after the Offer Period, or have a due date beyond the Last Due Date;
(c) on payments made with non Eligible Cards, debit/preloaded cards and cards issued outside of Singapore;
(d) on any additional fees incurred for next day payments;
(e) on any payments in foreign currencies; and
(f) in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts


 6. Users who redeem the Offer consent and agree that CardUp and UOB have the right to exchange details relating to you between CardUp and UOB, including but not limited to your card account and transaction details, for the purpose of determining your eligibility to qualify for the Offer. 

 

General Terms:

  1. CardUp reserves the right to terminate the use of the Offer, or to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion (including without limitation the terms relating to the eligibility of any User and the dates of the Promotion).
  2. CardUp’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final, conclusive and binding on all Users, and no correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
  3. CardUp, its employees and campaign organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the User or by any person in connection with the Promotion.
  4. The User acknowledges and agrees that the collection, use, storage and disclosure of his/her personal data shall be governed by the terms of CardUp’s Privacy Policy.
  5. The User acknowledges and agrees that, in addition to the above-mentioned terms, they must abide by the requirements of CardUp's general Terms of Service
  6. "CardUp" refers to CardUp Pte Limited, a company registered in Singapore.
  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each User irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect thereof. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
