Max Miles can be transferred at a 1:1 ratio to 25+ airline and hotel loyalty programs with no transfer fees and no point expiration, or redeemed for gift vouchers and flights.
Can I earn Max Miles on credit card payments?
No, credit card payments are not eligible for Max Miles.
Max Miles can only be earned on payments made via PayNow for eligible categories: mortgage, insurance, property tax, and condo MCST fees.
What payment categories are currently supported for earning Max Miles via PayNow?
You can earn Max Miles on eligible one-time PayNow transactions created through a CardUp Personal account for select categories:
- Mortgage Payments
- Property Tax
- Insurance Premiums
- Condo & MCST Fees

How are Max Miles calculated on my PayNow payments?
Max Miles are calculated based solely on the bill payment amount, excluding any applicable CardUp fees and taxes.
When will my Max Miles be credited to my HeyMax account?
Max Miles will be credited to your Nominated HeyMax Account within 10 business days after payment completion. A payment is completed when your recipient has successfully received the funds.
You will be prompted to confirm your registered HeyMax Account email address during the payment creation process.
Do Max Miles expire, or are there fees to transfer them?
Max Miles do not expire once credited to your HeyMax account.
If you do not have a registered HeyMax account at the time of payment creation, you must register a new HeyMax account for the Max Miles to be credited.
- Any unclaimed Max Miles, after ninety (90) calendar days from the date you receive the first email to claim the Max Miles, shall be forfeited and remain subject to HeyMax’s applicable terms and policies.
